I will post here for a week. Next Thursday, 12/16, I will post anything remaining on eBay. The pictures show what comes with each lens. The glass is excellent on all lenses, and at most, there are just tiny scratches. Postage is $10 on any items sent to the lower 48 states. PayPal is fine.
