Customers can't purchase Digital Downloads

I have put prices on all three sizes of the digital downloads section. The customer can see the prices when she selects the size and then adds them to her cart. When she checks out. Her cart is empty. I logged off and attempted this myself and it happens to me. It was working fine last night. Is there an issue?

One of my clients mentioned problems purchasing downloads. She could see them as an option, but she couldn't get them to show in her cart. Of course, Im currently having other problems with the digital downloads that are more pressing.
