SO, I have digital downloads offered for sale in one size only. Only one size shows as an option in the cart. BUT, with the "ALL DIGTAL DOWNLOADS" button in the "BUY" menu, it shows the two other sizes priced at ZERO, allowing my customers to download my protected gallery for free. I tried setting the price again, with the two sizes I don't want to sell at 0, but nothing changed. I tried setting that at the portfolio level, and nothing changed. So I guess next I'll try setting actual prices for them, but this whole situation has left me vulnerable to losing sales.

-Caroline

EDIT: Actually I tried setting at the multiple galleries setting, not portfolio.

Caroline, if you're logged in it's going to show you the items at your cost, in this case $0. But it should not actually allow you to purchase them. Logged out it shouldn't show them, and if it did it will mark all images as not available for that product. At least it should. If you're seeing something different, drop us a line at the help desk with a link to the gallery and we'll get the right people on to it asap.

If you are using Chrome, it's always a good idea to open your gallery in a new "Incognito" window, which basically shows you your site as your customers will see it. If you aren't using chrome, I don't know if there is something like that available in other browsers.

I tried the "visitor view" option and saw the problem. Then, I actually logged out of my account and went in as a guest. When I attempted the buy all digital downloads option for a protected gallery, it showed the two file sizes I was not trying to sell at $0. It showed 65 files in my cart for $0. I was not able to get it to only show the one file size that I'm selling by setting the prices at $0 on the other sizes, which is supposed to make that product not show up as an option to purchase. When people choose a single file, it's all good. It's the buy all option that's messed up. I hadn't even realized that a buy all button had been added, so when I did a test run prior to opening the galleries, I only checked the buy this image and buy multiple images options that I'm familiar with.

This is effecting all of my galleries right now. I have school pics for a couple hundred students that are vulnerable because of this. I don't understand why, if the regular cart only shows the image size I want to sell at the price I have established, why would the bulk purchase show it differently? There's no way that I can see to control or turn off the bulk download purchase!

Okay, so when I actually tried to "purchase" the free images as a guest, a message told me the images were being added to my cart, but then they weren't there. On the one hand, that's good because it means no one can take my images for free. On the other hand, it would be very confusing and frustrating to the client. The files sizes that are not for sale should not be listed as an option.
