Creating Coupons -Apply to specific gallery issue

Was creating coupons for some specific galleries in a sub-category. First one selected all fine, but I didn't use the "select all." Second coupon I clicked on the "select galleries" and clicked "select all" but OK was still grayed out even though all galleries were selected. I had to physically click one of the galleries and deselect it, then select it again for the OK button to become usable. Doesn't seem like that's right...
