Broken images NO SUPPORT

I opened a ticket this morning about broken images on my site. I got one disinterested message but NO HELP, NO ANSWERS.

    I *think* I'm ok now. An engineer got me a new version of the plugin and it after some fiddling around, it appears to be working.

    The lack of updates was my biggest concern. I still don't know what the problems was. I suspect upgrading to LR 3.3 but I have no idea.
