LED Light Panel Base

I recently purchased a 183 led light w/hotshoe mount. I didn't notice that this particular one did not come with a base. The base is crucial for me since I mostly want to use this off camera on a light stand and the base has the threaded screw hole I need for mounting. Are there any adapters or stand alone bases that can be bought seperately that would allow me to mount this to a light stand? Here is a picture of the hotshoe mount and light.
There is a cold shoe adapter by "Frio" that looks like it might work but it is not yet available. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

You might consider a Nikon AS-19 Speedlight Stand which can be both a stand-alone device and it has a 1/4" threaded bottom too.

You just want to put this on a stand, right? You can get light stand heads/adapters/swivels which have a bracket with a screw, as well as a cold shoe mount. Looks like your light has a threaded hole which would attach to the screw on such an adapter. Or use the cold shoe. As it is, without a base.

Thanks for the quick reply guys. I came across something today that looks like Ziggy's solution. Does this look like the same thing? Do you just slide it into the stand like you would a hotshoe mount on the camera and tighten the wheel? That's the way this mounts on my camera.

Yeah, you could use any adapter which has a cold shoe mount (make sure the cold shoe has insulation, though that would be irrelevant in the case of this particular light since it is not triggered by the camera), or has a screw which fits the hole in the bottom of the light attachment. I have two of these gadgets which fit to the top of a light stand. They are metal, and tilt, and have a hole for an umbrella, a cold shoe mount and a screw-on bracket. I'm darned if I remember where I got them, but saw them on a YouTube vid.

Alternately it looks like you could go with a "CowboyStudio Strobist Swivel Flash Bracket" which I believe could couple your light onto a light stand as well as give you tilt and swivel control:
