Great photos! I like them all. Amazingly, the talons are so sharp in every shot, even in flight. I love the composition of the third--the green on the branches in the direction the bird is looking adds to it. Best, Pam

Dennis, nice set of images. The first one shows an interaction, like the bird is looking at its prey. Have you thought of removing the limb in the right side of the image.

Thanks Jim, I agree I think that it was looking at prey as it did take off towards the ground a few seconds after this shot. Yes I have thought about removing the branch, and in fact worked a bit on it the other day and was not happy with the results and I'm going to try it again later on again when I'm not in a rush.
