This 40D is in great condition. No problems at all with this camera. I loved it but need the cash. I purchased it this spring. It has a refurbished sticker on the bottom. It comes with two Canon batteries (both with covers), one of the batteries I never even used, cords, instructions, installation software, and a Kingston 8 GB 133X elite pro CF card. I do not have the original box. $500 shipped. Photos were taken using a camera phone... sorry! :rolleyes
