Wow! These are beautiful. i particularly love the first one. I spend a little bit of each summer watching cranes in Idaho and I love to watch them land and take off together. That first shot really captures that moment exquisitely.

Loooouuuuuuuuman, How's it going? Nice series of shots. I'm kind of jealous. I wanted to go but decided to stay home and get some work done. My friend Marina is out at BDA right now. Taking lots of nice photos as I'm told. Evil woman calling me to rub it in. Good to see you posting these wonderful images here. It's been a while. You coming to FL anytime soon? The ospreys are wondering. *-) Keep 'em coming Louie.

Hey Mike, how's it going? Many thanks for commenting. As Florida goes I'd be there tomorrow if I could get away, it's going to have to wait until hopefully early next year. I definitely let you know when we're coming.

It seems to me that first photo is a once in a lifetime shot--how could you ever catch 2 such perfectly paired (scrumptiously synchronized, as Ric said) birds in flight ever again? Thank you for posting! Best, Pam
