The placement of the subject would indicate it's a real person. Yet the skin tones on the arms, face and neck make it look like a mannequin.

So, is it live or real? That's a tough call.

The only think I find distracting other than I can't tell if it's alive, is what I'm guessing to be a black feather across her nose.

The more I look, the more I sort of dig it though..... Makes you wonder, huh?

It looks real to me, dunno. I like the right half a lot, but the left side doesn't contribute much, IMO. Maybe crop square chopping from the left and bottom. ne_nau.gif

Agree on need for cropping. When I first viewed this, I thought a square crop would help. You can consider cropping either the left side or the right side, keeping the same vertical. I like the color tones on the shot.

She does look a bit like a mannequin right? I think it's her porcelain skin.
    She's definately real.
Glad it made you stop and think though.

I can't get rid of the lamp and mirror because I really really liked them in the shot--then on the other side I know I got a person as they walked by and so I'd have to crop out some of the hats, don't want to do that either because I really like the hats. hmmmm
I will go home and attempt to crop out the hats on the left next to the lamp and maybe one line of hats ne_nau.gif.

Won't know how it loks til I try right?

Will work on the crop but I'm glad you like and noticed the colors. I tried something a little different and more fitting to the image. I also wanted her skin color to kind of be true to what I remember. Usually I have a heavy hand with the color processing but this took some serious control on my part rolleyes1.gif.

I knew a girl like this... she wore fabulous hats and didn't care what anyone else thought of her! Amazing!
