No Critique from me , the Diagonal lines really work in this composition , I like it!
I'll also add that I like how the flying birds are in opposition (both in physical activity, and directional) to the birds on the wires. I also like the blue/black colors in the image.
This all works together well

Very good use of some traditional composition considerations. The strong diagonal lines work well here.
Ever wonder why birds almost always position themselves facing the same direction when sitting on a wire? Maybe it's a group mentality thing....or maybe it's a function of which way the wind is blowing. Regardless, I find it to be an interesting fact.
