Personally, I like #1. #5 is a good concept, but I think that brush at the lower right needs to disappear.

While #2 may be the best thematically, I think the strongest picture in this group is #1.

#4 could be stronger if you could adjust the contrast in such a way that the beams of light stood out more. As it is, they stand out, but not enough to make the point of flowing light.

I like all of them, and I'm breathing a sigh of relief that we don't have that frozen stuff here where I live!! :)

I thought I had replied to this, but apparently not....not sure I'll be much help cause I can't decide between 1 and 2, I like them both

Thanks, konomaniac! I tried a square crop on #5. What do you think?

I like #1 and #2 the best, I like the burst of sun on two.The image of the traffic is so so at best to me--photographically speaking, the first two I mentioned are really good images, IMO.

Thanks, KarlAbbot! I like #1 a lot. There is something magical about the beads.

I tried increasing the contrast, and it didn't help very much. I missed the max effect by about 5 minutes while parking. Oh well, maybe next time.

Thanks, Liz! I agree about the traffic being meh. I wanted to try some different concepts. I do have a couple of new ones I took yesterday. They may not be better than the first 2, but I'd like your opinion.

We had a lot of water falling here yesterday, so I had to get out and take a few pictures.

oh man do you even have to ask?
You know what I'm going to say.
    #8 hands down no contest.

Though I really did like your original two, #8 works for me and it's different!
The photo speaks for itself, but the title works too.
That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.

Thanks, Liz and SimpsonBrothers! I was hoping I had done well with the crowd flow. I like my other ones, but I think they get lost a bit with all of the other water or frozen water ones.

Really like #1 & #8, with #8 being my fav. Great title too - & I agree that it's very on theme & nicely different from the others.
