Harvestman Enviro-shot

The harvestman (remember, it is not a spider) that I put on the forums a short while back was reasonably well received, and I was looking in the processing folder and found the second image that I had.

Being a real close fanatic, I decided at the time to leave this one alone, but I had a little play with the file tonight seeing as shooting opportunities escape me at the moment - far too much time being spent working and little enough time to spend with the family, let alone do photos!


Anyhow, I thought I'd run with the environment image that was taken at the same time - if you remember, the harvestman was on my bird table, where I find a few decent specimens from time to time.

LOvely shot Paul, I would try rotating it (always suggest that when I find myself tilting my head to look at it )

very nice shot. I have a few of these guys also, I think the harvestman was a fun shoot because his long lengs make it really hard to get a Sharp DOF, and they are shy and move around a lot. I chased mine all over a barbed wire fence!
