access client's shopping cart before they checkout?

Can I log in as my client (of course, while I am not logged into my SM pro account) - & see the items in a client's shopping cart?
One of my clients is having a hard time with placing her order & if I could see exactly what she's ordered, what her shopping cart is filled with, I would be able to answer her questions more thoroughly. I think she's added items into her shopping cart that she didn't intend to, but is so un-tech saavy, she can't figure out how to delete the extra items she no longer wants.
Can I just go into her cart & alter her order for her before she checks out?

Does SM save orders if they haven't checked out?

Hi, sorry this isn't possible. It's a cookie system, and so it just exists on the buyer's machine. Please have her write our Support Heroes and we can help her directly if you like - happy to do that.
