Sorry for the self-congratulatory post, but I need to brag a little My photos will be on the cover of the 2011 Where Magazine guide for Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, including a 6 page photo essay. The magazine is widely published and distributed (its the one on the coffee table of all the hotel rooms in the area). Thanks for indulging my excitement

Thanks everyone. Santa came early for me as I used the proceeds from this to buy a nikon 14-24mm and V3 Canon adaptor. That is one sharp lens!

Beautiful! I think I remember that second shot from a while back, or maybe something similar? I have never before seen sea foam look so thick and luxurious. Congratulations!

Thanks everyone. The 14-24 will be a great lens for that location on the coast. If the conditions are right I may take it out for a test drive this weekend. Only thing is, I usually get pretty wet out there from wading in the surf and the lens just looks so shiny and new I hate to get it wet, but have to break it in somehow Thanks again for the nice comments.
