Your catchlights seem to indicate a rather large softbox or two really close to one another....

I did use 1 large softbox and it was very close due to space so the catch lights are huge!

Great shots! I gotta say, though, that #2 is just the best. I'd probably frame it and put it on my wall (where it would stay until my child was mortified! I've done it before...)

I love that third one, that is really a nice shot. Not sure about the frames on these.
