Pricing Question

I set up my Portfolio pricing but why isn't it showing up? I have signed out and gone on as a "Visitor" but I still do not see the Portfolio pricing, What am I doing incorrect?

Hello,

We're sorry that you're having trouble setting your portfolio pricing. Remember, when you set portfolio pricing, it will not override gallery or image pricing and you will want to make sure that you have the correct lab selected.

For example lets use your Cats gallery: http://www.7thsignphotography.com/Animals/Cats/14394307_9LKvc

From the gallery click Tools > This Gallery > Set Prices

When the window loads you'll see that this gallery is set to default prices at the EZ Prints lab! Click on the Bay Photo button to switch this gallery over to the Bay Lab for which you've set portfolio pricing.

Now, you'll see that your portfolio pricing has loaded but that you also have gallery pricing set for Bay Photo for this gallery. Those gallery prices are set to the default. You can clear them out quickly using the quick pricing tool. Use the pull down menu for "Apply This Pricing" and choose "Clear Pricing" then, select "All Products". Click "Apply". Then Save.

If you'd prefer to use the EZ Prints lab, you can but, we currently do not have portfolio pricing on file for you for the EZPrints lab. And, you'll want to make sure that you clear out any of the at cost gallery pricing you've set.
