Category pricing

In addition to Portfolio pricing, allow categories. This would help me, so that I can price all of my Lifestyle client albums one way, and all of my commercial albums another, all of my Fine Art another, etc. Also, allow any changes to the category pricing to automatically update all the galleries' prices in that category (i.e. if I raise Lifestyle print prices for 2011, all of the existing galleries would automatically update).
