HONG KONG : 14 Dec., 2010 – Pressure is rising over northern China and the associated cold air mass is spreading southwards gradually. A moist easterly airstream is affecting the coastal areas of Guangdong. Locally, it was foggy this morning. Visibility in the harbour once fell below 1000 metres.
