A study on color and lines. :)

I ran out of interesting stuff to shoot at the backyard so I decided to take a walk at the neighborhood and saw this cactus on a corner. I asked permission to take some shots and the owner said "Go ahead, it's fine." I decided to use the image for some colors and lines study. Post-processed the stone on the leaf and added some drama on the image by changing it's color to yellow (opposite of blue) and changed the color of the leaves to blue. C&C would be most welcome. Thanks. :D

Nicely done. clap.gif I like the blue and yellow contrast and the outlines of the cactus leaves highlighted.

My front yard has tons of Agave so now you have me thinking I should try something like this.

    Thanks for sharing this one.

Tequila is made from the blue agave. Maybe do this with a yellow shot glass and send it to Tequila manufacturers for an ad image. clap.gif
