What to do?

I'm kind of irked at myself for having done this but i can't seem to find a solution.

When I registered for my trial of Smug Mug I accidentally put a email domain that doesn't exist.

In addition to that, I also believe that because I never clicked on my conformation link (because I couldn't get one!) my account never really got activated and now I can't change anything because my password is invalid.

I also bought a photo of my own to see how the printing service faired about two days ago and got charged for it but under my account sales history, nothing shows up. I don;t know where or when the photo is even coming in now which is a bummer since I needed it before Christmas.

All because of a simple gamil instead of gmail mistake. Why doesn't the site have a feature that actually check to see if your email is even valid like other sites? Anyways what do I do?

    Hi,

If you email the help desk with the name of your site and the email you used, the heroes should be able to reset your email / password.
