I shot a hip hop artist for a CD jacket. I produced 2 versions of the shot. I wanted to get some CC on the shot. One shot is slightly soft, the other is HDR like. The customer likes the HDR version but I was wondering what others think. Any CC is appreciated.:D

For that kind of music and that styling/look? The hdr version for sure. The soft one feels out of synch with the "product".

    agree with all above

clean the face a little, and crop across the outer end of his left eyebrow, shave down the edge of his beanie and cut across to a whisker below the fist with the flame. you got impact. and the most from the special nice light you got on his lower face

I don't like the tattooed hand. to me it distracts from the guy's strong face, gives a conflicting message
