My buddies having a blast It's been a while since I took pics of these 2.

I took these yesterday about mid-day with the 5D Mark II and the Canon 135 f/2 L. I also had the camera set to Ai Servo as Abby was running towards me and the 5D Mark II did a pretty good job focusing. Although the fps are not the greatest, the hit rate was better than expected.

All 3 are gorgeous shots. But the action in #1 is over the top! Well done!!

But I have to say....the title had me going in a different direction. I was expecting to see a Harley in front of a church.

Thanks AJ I also think #1 is the prize of the bunch as that is rare to see for these to clowns, let alone be lucky enough to have the camera ready!

#1 has pizazz, outstanding, lots of narrative and a beautiful study. I would open a little the shadow one dog casts on the other at the heads so that it isn't a black separator right there where they are closest. Increase the saturation and clarity just a hint.

Fantastic set, especially that first one! The action is wonderful and the DOF is perfect. I hope you'll show us some more of these dogs--they look like great subjects.
