Icy foliage after freezing rain

We had some freezing rain couple of days ago and the backyard vegetation had a beautiful icy coating.

This is my first post on this forum and first attempt at macro - just bought a Canon 500d close up lens recently that I'm using with my Canon 70-200L. Comments and critique welcome!

good textures in that set. watch the OOF areas to make sure they're not too prominent...I think the area on the right in #2 really detracts from a very interesting shot. good work.

Thanks for the valuable feedback. I have cropped #1 and #2 in tighter to reduce the OOF areas and re-posted them.
