    Harsh sunlight and no fill-flash or off camera strobes. Some of the poses are ok but the compositions (crop, placement, etc.) could use some work. Sunny days like that are extremely tough to deal with if the right tools aren't utilized. You might want to post the photos directly in your post. You may get more comments that way, as people generally don't want to leave the forum to view external links.
