I do like the last one, but I would have cropped some of the sky off.

I like #1 best if you crop out the top half (or maybe a little more than half) of the sky. Looks like a pano that way, and besides the featureless sky doesn't add anything to the shot IMHO. Cropped, I think it is a stronger image.
