Girlfriend's Gradution Shots
Hey all,
I took a few photos for my girlfriend on campus before her graduation on Friday. She wanted one riding the Shasta (the cougar) and then a few others just to have.
I usually concentrate on automotive photography, so I was a bit lost on what to do with portraits. So I just shot away and hoped to have a few come out nicely. I am wanting to explore portrait photography and wedding photography more, so I definitely need to improve with shooting people. These are a few of my favorites from the set. I would love some CC, as it would only help me to improve.
Some info to help with the CC:
With the limited time we had before we had to get to graduation (about 20 minutes!), I only was able to shoot with natural light and no tripod. I shot with a D700 with a 105mm f/2.8 VR.
This one was a bit overexposed for my liking, but I thought it might still be salvageable.
