I've been wanting to go down to the Smithsonian for a couple of weeks.

I was inspired by Jenn when I took this shot. Her foot-level shots are deft and I wanted to try out the technique:

This family looked great against the sky and with the obelisk in the background:

The Freer Gallery is one of my favorite spots:

Some leaves:

This arc of light was attractive:

Thanks for looking.

I developed these myself in D76.

Thoughts are welcome, of course.

    What a freaking fantastic series!
It's making me want to order that battery for my Minolta x370!
I had a favorite and then I started scrolling down further. Love what you are doing with film these days.

I too have been looking for shots like the ones Jenn posts, the ground level ones--don't know that I get the same feeling from your first one as I do hers.
    2, 3, and 7 are my favorites.

    Hey Liz...thanks!

The Jenn perspective is tough - she's the master. I want to get that groove that she has but I have to keep practicing! Haha.

    Get that battery.

Guys, I'm blushing... I like the vibe in the first one. I'm attracted to bisected bodies for some reason.
