Hanakapiai falls. Didn't bring a tripod because it was a treacherous hike. So I was standing in cold raging water to balance on a rock to get this:

Thank you! I was standing knee deep in water and using a huge rock as a natural tripod Not the smartest thing to do since that was my only camera. It was too long of a hike not to take a chance though.

One of my favorites too. All thanks to my wife who found the location, woke up at 5am with me, and mapped it out!
It'll have to wait for some other time in the future. I'm using the only vacation I have for a year to cover an event at the USAF Museum in Dayton, OH, in August. And my daughter is studying photography at RMSP in Mizzoula, MT, until the end of October .
