I offer Cards for some photos in varies galleries, but only Prints, Merchandises and Downloads are displayed when clicking on Buy This Photo or Photos in this Gallery. Why?
I did set card prices (20 4x8 Cards w/ Env. Lustre, 5x7 Folded, 10 5x7 Folded Cards w/ Env.) for images (i.e. Atlanta 44, France 7, and Switzerland 24, 28).
This is the problem. I did set the card prices for Atlanta 44. Prices show correct while I am in "Price Your Photos" table. The prices are saved, but do not show as items for sale.

Hi, please write our Support Heroes we'll help you from the help desk - no worries at all!
I found this thread by searching for "cards." I searched because I am having the exact same problem as this user had. I enter prices and save, but when I try to "buy" (either under owner or under visitor view) nothing appears. I'll write to a support hero, I guess...
I'm having this same problem. I have portfolio pricing set, and then the galleries I don't want to offer them are zeroed out and the gallery that does have them has gallery pricing too. Only the merchandise option is available in the shopping card (I offer postcards too). Please help, thank you.

When you offer cards for sale a card needs to be created before it can be added to the shopping cart. Shannon you cannot see the cards tab in the shopping cart because you cannot purchase a card of an image, you can only order cards after you have created one. So your customers need to click on Buy>Create a card. They then will be walked through the process of creating a card and they can add the card to the cart once it has been created.
Dan I'm guessing you're having the same trouble. Please try creating a card first and then add it to the cart. If your issue is something else please give ma a link to a gallery where you're seeing the problem.
That was logged out. They need to create a card first before they can purchase it. Cards go into an Unlisted Gallery by default so your viewers cannot see them. You can move them to a Public gallery and your viewers will be able to purchase them there.

You rock! that makes total sense and I understand it now. Thanks so much!

OK, I got it, but now a strong suggestion:
Cards in the smugmug creations gallery ought to look right-side up so that customers can understand what they are buying. They are fine if I want to create and buy my own cards, but not presented well for customers.
