Mojave Desert. There used to be a wooden door there, now it's just a door opening.

they make me realize how much I'm missing by not getting back in the desert, and how great an eye you have compared to mine.

Thanks. You're not missing much this week--just a hard-pounding rain. The good news will be that with the rain we got last year, and last fall, all it will take is for a sprinkle here-n-there for it to be a killer year for wildflowers.
