This is some portrait!
I wonder why she had to keep her mouth closed? Where her teeth in very poor condition? It's just an odd statement for her brother to make.
Awais I love this portrait, though at first glance, I thought she had a "Y" tattooed to her neck .

It's a wonderful environmental portrait. Looking at her mouth, I'd say she had a hairlip repaired. It looks like some scarring just under the nose.

Haha, she was chewing something and her bro asked to stop chewing while i was taking the photo. The skin was cracked due to severe cold and dryness, and nose was running, i had to clone some things.
