Customer still missing christmas cards?

I have a customer that ordered prints on the 15th of december.. It was later in the evening so im sure the order got to ezprints on the 16th... They paid for 2 day shipping and they still dont have the cards yet? I understand there was a weekend in there but they should of had them on Monday correct?
