The other night someone knocked off the ring, but they redid it :clap

Sits outside the downtown jewelry store. Of course the night I go to take the photo it's snowing again. They say another 6 inches tonight. Thought I should take this before it gets buried under snow :rofl

    Nothing great or spectacular .. but someone went to some effort to make it. Suppose it's good advertisement for the jeweler. Lots of people were out taking a photo of it.

    The flash gave you a decent return. Thats nice to see as well. thumb.gif
    My wife would like to see that much snow. I say I agree but thats not whats
    in my prayers. mwink.gif So far the powers that be are siding with me but leaving in
    the cold. But thats not so tough either. All sweet here so far. :D

    I didn't want to use my flash, but really had no choice. The traffic was so heavy downtown and it just wasn't safe for me to be standing out there shooting. So this was taken from inside my car as my hubby was driving by really slowly -- made him drive around the block twice rolleyes1.gif

    I need an off camera flash ...

    Someone really did a wonderful job on their Snow Sculpture.

    Maybe Santa will bring you a Flash???? of course only if

    I'm learning all sorts of tricks to taking photos when it's snowing and cold outside. Really wish I could of gotten out tho.

    Hope he thinks I've been a good girl .. been doing his laundry and cooking for the last year rolleyes1.gif

    Thank you for the nice comment. This winter has really thrown me some curve balls. Really tested and challenged my ability.

    Wish I knew who did the sculpture so I could give him credit for a job well done.
