Cell phone pictures

Available light, nonetheless. My cell phone camera is very low res by the standards we are used to these days, 640x480. But cell phones can go where no camrea really can.

These were taken at intermission of opening night of Tom Stoppard's "The Real Thing" at the Huntington Theater in Boston.

Maybe there is no future for this genre, but it is a challenge. Everything is composition because, well, there isn't anyting else.
If not now, when?

    I love those low-res images that come from a cell phone. As you say: it's all about composition. And colorful images. Your images did capture the atmoshpere in the audience before a show, so I'd say mission succesful.

    My favorite personal shot with such a low-res camera was during an R.E.M. concert in Oberhausen:
