Chest carrier for D SLR & 80-200 lens

I need to buy a decent chest carrier for my D 300s / 80-200 lens;
I'm looking at the website for "Cottoncarrier"; what they offer is, I think, about what I want, but as nice as their site is, I still can't see just how the thing attaches; I definitely want shoulder straps, plus a waist or stomach belt.
They list one made for Arca-Swiss attachment, which I have on everything, so I think that would work for me. My question is, does anyone have any experience with this brand/unit, and do you know of others that I can look at ?
I have a large black belt & holster pack from Kinesis Gear that I bought for a Nikon F 5 body, and I love it for some things, but for some other things, I'd rather have the camera on my chest, and possibly use the holster pack to carry other "stuff". (or not even use it)
Also, any thoughts on a hand strap / tether for the camera ? A lot of what I do will be on a tripod, but I hate to mess with a shoulder strap, dangling down from the camera and getting hung up on the "wing-nut" leg locks of my Gitzo.

BTW I got it from B&H and had no trouble returning it.

good luck
I can actually jog with my D700 and 70-200 f2.8 attached firmly to my chest. No scary or uncomfortable flapping. It is really designed for active situations. If your shooting situations tend to be more sedentary, you don't need it. I just don't like things flapping. I can carry two cameras with the full-on Cotton Carrier rig, and nothing flaps in the breeze.

D3s, D500, D5300, and way more glass than the wife knows about.
I might suggest the OPTECH Stabilizer Strap. It is cheap, lightweight and works...
