Images uploaded to SmugMug account are out of order.

I have a very big problem. I uploaded images to my reception file for the wedding that I just shot and while they are in order on my desktop file, they loaded randomly into the file I setup on Smug Mug. These are large files...time consuming upload...what's up? I really don't want to hand arrange them. For example the very last images that I shot at the reception are on page 7 of 11.
I processed these shots in LR3.3 and exported to a file on my desk top...from there, I used the SmugMug default downloader, dragging and dropping the file.
There didn't appear to be any options for a slide show randomization of the images.
Help please...thanks..

Remember, no one may want you to take pictures, but they all want to see them.

Thanks for your help...I'll let you know if that works. They were exported from LightRoom with new names and numbers....so they should have been in not only chronological order, but sequentially numbered...so, that's what I find confusing.
Just checked my gallery setting for those images...and it is set to ascending order AZ-1-99...so, it should work.
Okay, problem fixed...also had to go to auto sort...and then select date taken...and boom...a lot of work saved...wooohooo...
Note that I also was able to sort my wedding images that were exported out of LR in a random order to the file on my desktop. I'll have to look at my export settings for LR.
Thanks, Allen and Steve...you guys just saved me a lot of work. This is the first time that I've used SmugMug for a large wedding...posted small ones before, but never this many shots...way cool.
Never had this happen before...sure nice to know that there is a quick fix.
Again...thanks.
