Hi Dan - I do hope you're feeling better now. #3 is my favorite also--that golden tree is wonderfully lit. I've never been to White Sands but I see why it has it's name. I didn't think it was really that white. Wow!

    Very Nice Dan.

#3 is my favorite too but I also like the contrasting foreground white sand against the dark mountain range in the background on #1. I would try lightening the mountains just a tad to bring out a bit more detail in them.

I need to get over there sometime and give it a shot or two. :D

Beautiful series from a beautiful area. Now you really make me want to go out and visit it! #3 is clearly great, but I also like the layers of dark and light in #1, and the light on #2.

Not that I see a ton of photos from this gorgeous spot, but each time I do I'm convinced that it's snow!

Beautiful light and setting, Dan. thumb.gif

Very nice. I think I like Golden Tree the best. White Sands is really amazing. We stopped by once and I took a few shots, but I would really like to get back there.

These are cool! With the light sky, the first one almost looks like it could be a reflection shot of sorts.

The light on the second one is, like perfect.

The colors on the third are beautiful- good otherwise, but sort of an 'also ran' compared to the other two.

Makes me want to go check it out.
