    top pic....nice but antlers cut off....need full antlers in this type of shot......not like cutting of the top of a human head....

    bottom pix...need to clone out the limbs....very distracting running thru antlers like that.........

    A question.....what type of deer is that? Never seen a deer with flat antlers...like a moose.

    its a male Fallow Deer , very common here
    in the park i shot it , they are so common they need to be shot [ not w camera i mean ]

    i agree on the antlers , but
    clone out the limbs ? that i dont understand
    it is standing kneedeep in snow , why would i alter that ?
    perhaps you mean the branches ? in that case i understand & agree

    Sorry for that....tree limb that runs into and across antler.....

    Fallow Deer....hmmmm all the photos I have ever seen of Fallow deer they had spots.....just like our Whitetailed Deer fawns......

    understood

    they change color thrue the seasons
    tan with spots in summer , gray with faint spots in winter

    Quite the find/catch. Don't ever see deer here. Along with what Art mentioned I think some fill flash would have helped these greatly. Would bring out the details in the shadows .

    its special park , one hour drive away , for me
    it has the largest population of all our nature-parks
    you have do yer best not to see them
