I know some of you order prints direct from BP via Roes. Perhaps you can elighten me. I am processing my first order via Roes and am seeing something concerning. A severe loss of saturation and exposure shift of -2 stops is seen when I pull an image from the file selction screen of Roes into the main image work/layout page. I can look at these images side by side in Roes and the remakable change is alarming. I am holding up this order until I know what is happening. BP has not yet responded to my inquiry about this being a holiday and all. Thought you expeienced Roes users might have some insight. Thanks.

Perhaps the color space profile? I am exporting ProPhotoRGB. Yep. That was it. Roes wants to see AdobeRGB anything else looks sick.
