How to organize galleries in a category or subcat

I want to change the order they are listed in. How do I do that?

Set your display to be by position - then click "arrange".

I don't see any way to do this on a Category or Subcategory page. The "arrange albums" page only talks about how to do it on the Home page. I don't want to change the entire way my site works, I just want to change the order of galleries in this particular subcategory page. How do I do that?

To be able to arrange subcategories, you have to set your whole site to allow manual arrangement at the top level. Yes, this is a bummer, but it's the way it works.
