I like you documenting the documenting and all the attention paid to the little ones.
That's three cameras you had going at the gathering?

I think number 1 is my favorite, a tender moment of the grandfather (?) taking a photo of the grandchild? It's just a sweet shot.

    Nice storyline on the event.

I like the perspective of #2 and the child surrounded by toys of about the same size. Sort of like friends gathered around them. I actually like the cutoff person on the right. You know it's a person, but there's a tad bit of a mystery to them. It's all cool..... well, 'cept for that errant left foot in the white sock. Ah.... the problems of shooting down with a wide angle, eh? :D

    Hi Liz,

You nailed it. That is the grandfather behind that camera. This was that little one's second Christmas. The other one was celebrating her first. Those two always steal the spotlight! :-)

And, yes...three cameras. Plus two camcorders. My camera was the one most consistently going off all night. Second was the grandfather's, followed by my sister in law.

I like this shot, too. I took about 8 top-down pics; some with just her and some with both girls. This is the one that turned out the best. It's the only one that we could get someone to look up.
