"Processing image" forever?

What does it mean when an image still says "processing" a few days later?
I just noticed a recent galary has an image that is still processing.
Should I try to delete it and re-upload?

It should be the 5th image in this scene.
It doesn't seem to be a caching issue, at least everything i have tried makes it still come back as processing.
