"At Cost" questions

I gave a customer an "at cost" coupon. Two questions:
1) Will they know that it is "at cost" (is there verbiage to this effect anywhere on the site?) or will it just look like a really nice discount for them?
2) Will I still be notified of the sale, can I still edit the pictures before they ship?
3) What happens if they try to purchase a digital copy?

Once your customer enters the coupon in the cart, the "Type" does get displayed so they'll see that it's an "At-Cost" coupon. But otherwise it will look like a really nice discount, especially on the Review Order page. Your Pro pricing will be shown with the total discount amount summed up on the right.
You should be still good to go in terms of sales tracking and proof delay.
Downloads will end up free, since that's the at-cost price of those to you.
If you are still unsure of the specifics, it never hurts to add a few items to your cart when you're logged out and apply the coupon the way your customer would.
Hope this helps!

Why??
If you're not planing on making any profit, why not just give them a CD, and keep your cost out of it?
Especially, since they can download them for free anyway.
