Came across this plant while walking through the wetlands in Sarnia's Centennial Park. My mom is thinking it's a milkweed pod, what do you think?
Not sure if this is exactly "macro", so it can be moved if need be.

My Milkweeds have Monarch caterpillars all over them.

I'm going to look into buying a reversing ring for my camera lens (just got to figure out for which lens), so I will go back there and see if they are still there and get a closer shot.
