That's awesome! I love it when wildlife cooperates as part of a landscape. Someday I'll visit that place and others nearby, once I can convince Plumer to allow me to sleep in his driveway
I would crop (or clone out) the 3 pixels off the left to get rid of that partial bird (or stick) half way up as it's slightly distracting being on the edge of the frame (a minor nit - the image as a whole is sweet!!)

Thanks, Ron. Bosque is awesome. I'm glad you said something about bird on the left as that was bugging me as well. I cropped it off and replaced the image. Don't know if that breaks any Dgrin etiquette or not.

I don't know about etiquette, but you just gave me a great idea for April Fool's! I'll post a good photo, wait for a dozen positive comments, and then replace it with an obviously crappy one and watch the confusion ensue

We are all anxiously awaiting to see a crappy Coscorosa photo, and I don't mean bison crap

Such a lovely shot.
It is a trip I am planning my daughter in law is from that area. I think a thanks giving trip is going to necessary in the near future. Last time in NM I did not have the equipment I have now. So many things there .

Thanks, Chris. It's an amazing place. I'm thinking of going back at least one more time this winter myself.

And thanks for introducing me to Bosque del Apache - I clearly need to add it to my list of places to visit.

Thanks, Denise. Bosque is really a special place. I spent three days there this time and it wasn't nearly enough.
