I dont feel qualified to CC, but will try,

the lighting looks great, no shadows, very even.
the composition, just does not do it for me. the bowl looks so cool, i may have zoomed out a bit to capture its detail, and included it in your focal point. The tofu looks terrific with the seeds, onions, and mushrooms.
Do you deliver, i'll take two orders

I like your composition on your sushi shot better, but shouldn't of cropped out the front of the plate.
