How to edit a pre-saved gallery quick setting

Hi all,

I have my quick setting which I apply to all my galleries, but I want to make a small tweaks to the setting. Where can I edit the quick setting configuration? Or do I need to create a new quick setting and then apply it to all my galleries?

    Make changes and save it as a new name. Or delete the old one, then make your new settings, and save as the old name again. Thanks!

    Is there a "make this the default" so when creating a new gallery it will apply
    without having to pick it each time? Forget to do that a lot.
