D700!
Today, I upgraded my old workhorse, a D70s, to a brand new D700fx! I bought the 28-300mm ED VRII as well. Amaaazing!
Then I switch to my 85mm,f/1.8, cranked up the iso to 3200 and... was in shock :bow Clear as day, in a pretty dark living room!
I'm so pleased with this new camera, I just had to tell you all :wink

I haven't noticed the focus speed yet. The d700 focuses a lot faster with the 80-200@2.8 than the D70s, so as long as the 18-200 isn't faster than the 28-300 I probably won't even notice it.

Yes, I'm keeping the d70s: as backup body during shoots etc. And I'll probably use the D70s in situations where additional quality is not required and the chances of anything happening to my camera is great (student parties and the like)
