Your Favorite Image of 2010

Howdy All,

I know it's been done everywhere, but I thought since we've
not done it here, and have some very, very good Shooters that
post a lot on this Forum we'd give it a try.

Happy New Year to All, Hope Everyone has a Wonderful and Prosperous

Year, filled with many Stunning images!!!

So, I'll start it off with my favorite, from the Mysterious Caddo Lake in
East Texas, left an indelible memory with me for Life.

    It's supposed to be your Favorite image, doesn't have to be
    fancy or beautiful, but Your Favorite.

    For me, this is my favorite since I got my Nikon D70 last November, 2010.

    End of a dream
    Sadly, we sold our farm in 2010. I miss having my horse in the back yard and sitting on the verandah watching geese, ducks and other water fowl play in our front pond. I also miss sitting on the back deck watching hot air balloons fly by during our annual balloon fiesta. And I miss sitting on the bank of the river with the dog just doing nothing.

    But, life goes on and circumstances change. It's not bad - just different. But this is the last picture I took of "the farm". So, it is my favourite for 2010 regardless of its artistic merit or technical (lack of) perfection.

    This is my favorite. Not only is it our little girl, but the 'when' and 'why' this was taken puts all the years memories into one photo.
